Our Services
An escrow company is a neutral third-party intermediary that helps facilitate transactions between two parties by holding funds or documents in a secure, impartial manner until all terms and conditions of the agreement are met. Their role is to ensure that both parties fulfill their obligations, and that the transaction is completed fairly and transparently.
Bond for Deed
A bond for deed is a legal agreement in which the seller finances the purchase of a property for the buyer. Regular payments are made to the seller over an agreed-upon period until the full purchase price is paid, at which time the seller transfers the title to the buyer.
Owner Financing
Owner financing, also known as seller financing, is a method of purchasing property where the seller acts as the lender. Title is transferred to the buyer at the time of closing. Then scheduled payments are made by the buyer directly to the seller over an agreed-upon time period until the purchase price is paid.
Private Loan Servicing
Private loan servicing refers to the professional management and administration of loans by private parties or companies. As an intermediary between lenders and borrowers, all payment collections and distributions are handled, as well as account management and customer support.
